Aromax Finserv acts solely in the capacity of an independent loan sourcing and facilitation entity for banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). The services provided by Aromax Finserv are limited to customer outreach, preliminary interaction, loan application sourcing, coordination with financial institutions, and assistance in documentation and process facilitation.
In addition, Aromax Finserv may provide indicative information and comparative insights to customers, including but not limited to general credit product comparisons, indicative interest rate (ROI) ranges, tenure structures, and repayment frameworks offered by various lending institutions, based on publicly available information or lender-provided data.
Such comparisons, analyses, or loan-related suggestions are informational in nature only and are intended to assist customers in understanding available options. These do not constitute credit approval assurance, or a guarantee of loan sanction, pricing, or terms. Final loan selection, pricing, and structure are determined exclusively by the respective bank or NBFC.
Aromax Finserv does not operate as a lender, does not provide credit on its own account, does not undertake credit appraisal or underwriting, and does not assume any financial exposure, credit risk, or lending liability in relation to any loan transaction.
Aromax Finserv does not undertake, participate in, or influence any form of credit appraisal, underwriting, risk assessment, or credit decision-making. The company does not have the authority to approve, sanction, reject, modify, restructure, renew, or disburse any loan, nor to determine interest rates, tenure, repayment schedules, or any other commercial terms.
All such decisions are solely and exclusively made by the respective banks or NBFCs, based on their internal credit policies, risk assessment frameworks, and operational guidelines.
All credit assessments, approvals, sanctions, disbursements, pricing, tenure, charges, and loan-related terms and conditions are governed, executed, and administered exclusively by the respective financial institutions.
Such activities are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, circulars, directions, and guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or any other statutory or regulatory authority having jurisdiction.
Aromax Finserv does not guarantee loan approval, disbursement, timelines, or lending outcomes.
Any act of fraud, misrepresentation, suppression or non-disclosure of material facts, submission of incorrect, incomplete, or forged documents, misuse of loan proceeds, or any unlawful or prohibited activity undertaken by the borrower shall be entirely at the borrower’s own risk and responsibility.
Aromax Finserv shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, damage, claim, penalty, legal action, or consequence arising from such acts or omissions of the borrower.
Aromax Finserv shall not be responsible for any dispute, default, recovery action, enforcement proceeding, or legal claim arising between the borrower and the respective bank or NBFC. The borrower expressly acknowledges that Aromax Finserv does not assume any liability in relation to loan performance, repayment obligations, enforcement measures, or contractual compliance.
The borrower acknowledges and agrees that all contractual rights, obligations, remedies, representations, warranties, and enforcement actions arising out of the loan transaction exist solely between the borrower and the respective financial institution.
Aromax Finserv is not a party to the loan agreement executed between the borrower and the lender and shall have no obligation, responsibility, or liability in relation thereto.
By availing services through Aromax Finserv, the borrower acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and confirms that the role of Aromax Finserv is limited strictly to facilitation and coordination, without any lending, approval, or decision-making authority.
